bellpark legal is pleased to welcome Andreas Fankhauser as a partner.

He is joining from his law Zurich-based law firm Proton Legal LLC.

Andreas Fankhauser has over 20 years of experience in handling and resolving complex disputes through litigation and arbitration arising out of a variety of business transactions, including in the fields of aviation,
transportation, international trade and investment, product risk and liability, insurance and reinsurance, as well as fraud and asset recovery.

His non-contentious work involves giving advice in corporate and commercial law matters, including in China-related transactions.
