Andreas Fankhauser has over 20 years of experience in handling and resolving complex disputes through litigation and arbitration.

His practice focuses on aviation, transportation, international trade, corporate, commerce and investment, insurance, as well as on fraud and asset recovery.

He also serves as an arbitrator.

His non-contentious work involves giving advice in corporate and commercial law matters, including direct investments, transactions and trade from China to Switzerland and from Switzerland to China.
