Dominique Schülin

Dominique Schülin advises businesses and private individuals in the fields of corporate law and contracts, labor law and real estate law.

He offers businesses the complete set of services of an in-house counsel, such as the drafting of agreements, general terms and conditions, as well as employment manuals and other policies, the implementation of compliance management systems, advice on data privacy, plus dispute resolution and representation in court proceedings.
