David Brändle is a business lawyer. He advises and litigates in the areas of liability and insurance, medical malpractice, contracts, labor and employment law, intellectual property (trademarks in particular), as well as in criminal law.

The focus of David Brändle's practice lies on litigation in courts of law. He represents Swiss SMEs, international corporations and private individuals both in trial and appeal proceedings. Thanks to his experience as a litigator, he is also in an excellent position to advise his clients on how to prevent lawsuits. Furthermore, he defends his clients in criminal investigations and proceedings before prosecutors and criminal courts.

For his corporate clients David Brändle offers the complete set of services of an in-house counsel, such as drafting of contracts as well as general terms and conditions, providing advice in labor and employment disputes, as well as securing data protection compliance.

In addition to his practice as an attorney, David Brändle is pursuing a PhD program in "Biomedical Ethics and Law" at the University of Zurich.

David Brändle has been admitted to all Swiss courts since 2013.
