Giovanni Gaggini

Giovanni Gaggini is one of the founding partners of our law firm.

He has over 20 years of experience in advising and representing companies and individuals in the fields of liability and insurance, trade and commerce, transportation and customs, as well as in unfair competition and IP matters (trademarks in particular).

He advises private individuals in matters of inheritance law (execution of wills in particular). He defends his clients in matters of criminal law, white collar crime law and international mutual legal assistance.

Giovanni Gaggini is an experienced litigator, who forcefully represents the interests of his clients while following a strategic vision and a pragmatic approach.

He is a member of multiple chambers of commerce. He is the president of the board of directors of Poretti & Gaggini SA, a leading mechanical workshop and metal constructions company based in the Swiss Canton of Ticino.

Giovanni Gaggini represents parties before all Swiss courts and official bodies. He has been registered with the attorney registry of the Canton of Zurich since 1997.

He speaks German, English, Italian and French.
